The first night of summer racing at North Central Arkansas Speedway got underway with mid-summer like temperatures, forcing the drivers to adapt to a drier then usual race surface.

The final Friday night of spring racing at North Central Arkansas Speedway saw warm temperatures when the gates opened, a small shower near and into the start of intermission, and another night of close racing action.

North Central Arkansas Speedway in Yellville, Ark., is the latest dirt oval to join the family of USRA member tracks, and will feature the popular USRA RHS Modifieds as part of their weekly Friday night racing program in 2012.
